  1. To distribute the MiamiSDK archive the following conditions apply:

  3. - Permission to distribute the complete MiamiSDK archive on
  4.   publicly accessible computer sites, computer networks or
  5.   freeware software collections that are distributed on a
  6.   not-for-profit basis is hereby granted. However all parts
  7.   of the archive must be complete and unchanged. The
  8.   distribution of single parts, incomplete subsets or
  9.   modified or additional files is not allowed.

  11. - The archive or parts of it may not be included in commercial
  12.   software or commercial compilations, or distributed as part of
  13.   or in combination with such software or compilations without
